Toothache causing eye and head pain , X-RAY of tooth is ok.?
Found cracks on crown of tooth.Is it really require to go for root canal or just to fix artifical crown will solve the problem?

It may be an infection in the roots of your tooth- that causes pain in other areas because the infection travels in your blood stream...This has to be taken care of as it will only get worse...before I had a root canal..I would have at least 2 dentists take a look at it. It could be from something else. I hope you feel better because I know that can be miserable!
If the dentist(s) don't find reason for a root canal do not get it done. Find the source of the problem...not what it MIGHT be!
