Is it normal for my retainers to come out of my mouth when I am sleeping? If no!
Question:
Is it normal for my retainers to come out of my mouth when I am sleeping? If not why is it happening?
I wear them regularly, every night but lately they have been coming out. I have the clear one on top and the metal kind on the bottom and usually the metal one comes out but last night my clear one came out. I woke up to find it in my bed. Oh goodness, I don't know what is wrong with me!

You probably just took them out with out knowing, or you might need to go get a new tighther one made, I wear one on top and have a permenant one on the bottom, I have never had problems with miine ffalling out but it is pretty tight when I put it in.
