Is Baking Soda ok to brush one's teeth. Do I need to use any specific tooth paste in addition ?

Yes baking soda is okay to brush your teeth with...but...NOT EVERY DAY....Plain baking soda is too harsh to use on a daily basis...It can cause tooth brush abrasion and root sensitivity....If you have staining...you can use it on an as needed basis...Good luck!
