Weird gum and tongue issue??!
Question: Im 18 dont know if thats relevant.Anway in the back of my mouthon my gum there is like this wart,skin tag thing.It doesn't hurt but its weird.I also have this weird burn looking thing on the tip of my tongue but i have not burned my tongue recently.Whats wrong?Should i be worried?Thanks for the help.

I dont know about the skin tag, but if the "burn thing" is round and red on the edges, its called geographic tongue.
The "geographic tongue" can move around depending on what you eat. Most doctors will tell you that they dont know why "geographic tongue" comes. But I have it too and most of the time it comes from eating too many sweets or too much bread and carbs. It can also come from dehydration, so make sure you are drinking lots of water. It usually only stays around for a 24 hour period, so don't worry - if you eat right it will go away.
It is probably nothing serious, but the chinese believe that you can tell about a persons health by looking at their tongue. The first sign of digestive upset is tongue problems, so make sure you are eating properly so that you dont develop something serious in the future. When your tongue is healthy, you are healthy.

The burn thing sounds familiar. If you drink a lot of stuff that has aspertame in it, it can do weird stuff. I only have one diet soda (20 oz) a day and I have the soreness on the tip of my tongue. I also get like cracks along both the sides. If I lay-off for a while, it goes away. the thing on the back of your mouth could be something different. It should probably be looked at by a professional.
