ok. so my friend is always bragging about how she dosent have any fillings or cavaties and how she has the best teeth in her family. her teeth ARE straight i admit but she has gaps about a millimetre and half between her front teeth and the teeth beside them.

Let her be. If she has kept up with dental appts then let her brag. If she hasn't kept up w/it then suggest she see a dentist to make sure there's no underlying problem. Other than that, not much you can do. Ask her how she does it and get some pointers. Good luck!
