Help please theres something wrong with my gums?

okay so since like 4 days ago my bottom gums hurt on one side. they looked a little red, but nothing out of the ordinary. i just figured they were inflamed so i rinsed with listerine every night. but today, i realized on the gum below my tooth on the bottom, theres a little white circle that looks like someone popped it like a blister or something. it hurts alot, even to touch the skin on my face ontop of it. please help!!!!

Sounds like an abscess trying to drain. It may not be the tooth but a periodontal abscess. It involves the tissues around the tooth. I don't know when you had your teeth cleaned and checked last but gum tissue can look fine to the eye and still have serious problems going on underneath. It's very important that you see your dentist. This infection will only destroy more bone the longer you let it go.
