Bumps on the roof of my mouth?!

Question: I woke up dismorning and I could feel like a few bumps on the roof of my mouth a took a dentist mirror and they are red they dont hurt but they where not there yesturday and on the other side of my mouth on the roof is kinda sore it feels like it had been scraped I been eating sunflower seed's could this be why I have the bumps ?
