Broken bracket?!

Question: ok i broke a bracket off of bottom braces and power chain on top broke i went to the dentist they replaced bracket but they did not replace powerchain they put single elastics on them i can tell teeth are moving within 3 hours the gap between teeth is back what should i do call them or not???
