1) take a (just one unless you have been taking alot of them) tylenol or your choice of pain reliever I use Rapid Release
2) swish with hot to warm salty salty salty water more salt than water ( it decreases blood flow) for about 5 minutes or as long as you can stand it.
3) invest in childrens meltaway 80 mg pain reliever. take one they disolve quickly and usually come in bubble gum.

This works for me and I use it especially at bedtime so I can get to sleep.

Clove oil. Apply it sparingly or dilute it in a little olive oil as it is very strong(I use it straight). It works wonders on toothaches though. Hope you feel better.

I think the clove oil is the best answer. Me, personally I would also get some whiskey! LOL

Aspirin is the best pain relief drug for the throbbing pain that is associated with tooth pain. Make sure with your doctor before taking aspirin.

You may try rinsing with salt water in that area just in case there is something lodged that is making the pain worse.

The only permanent solution is to get those removed. Sorry I know how bad they hurt.
