Which mouthwash should i use to prevent teeth recession?!

Question: There is no mouthwash to prevent teeth recession ! You can prevent recession by not brushing teeth too hard and horizantal ( as this wil no way remove the tarar u had managed to accumulate ) and the tartar will cause recession eventually. The root surfaces are exposed and thats what recession means .. So there is no mouthwash which cud
' prevent ' teeth recession but ' you ' cud prevent it ! You cud name it as Proper Oral Hygne !!
