Which toothbrush do u reccomend i should use to prevent my teeth reccession....?!

Consult your dentist/hygienist. They'll probably recommend a soft bristle brush like an Oral-B 40.
A sonic toothbrush is more gentle and thorough.
A soft brush ofcourse ! Any good Brand will do . But the method of Brushing must be circular and with very lil pressure on the gums.
