My right side of my mouth herts?!

Question: at the bottom of my gums from my molars to about half way to the the front i cant see anything but if i like suck there and spit in the sink theres a tiny bit of blood do you think i just scratched my gums when i was eating something crustey or something

could be a cold sore, are your gums bleeding? if so it may be gingivitis
