Hard bump in gums, under toungue?!
Question: its behind the forth tooth from the front and and feels like a sharp bone or something. It doesnt move and doesnt cause any pain (i noticed it about a month ago and it hasnt changed in size). Could this be cancer or would it have swelled or gotten infected by now?

I had dental work done and they inserted medication through a needle behind by front teeth into my roof of my mouth. I now have a bump there where the needle was inserted. It does not hurt, just has an awkward feeling. I hope this helps you.
i don't think so... Maybe, it's a vein. I don't really know what you're talking about, though.. hmm. Yeah, I don't think it's cancer, or anything. It can't be THAT serious.
It could just be a calcium deposit. From having to much calcium in your system. If so it will pop right out. Like a pimple kinda. It will look like a little hard white ball. If theres no pain then try popping it out like a pimple.
