Lets start with high school, you should concentrate on Biology, Chemistry, Math and Physics. As far as college, when you enroll in Pre-Dental your subjects will have already been decided just as they will when you get into Dental School. As for a dentist income, that is dependent on how talented you are as a Dentist and how good you are at managing a business and of course you must have great people skills. I know a dentist making in the one million range...would that do you? Having been in the dental field for over 40 years I can assure you that there are dentist who barely get by while others soar...education, skills and dedication will be your important goals. Take science classes in high school
In college you may want to major in some sort of science as well such as chemistry or biology. They do the requirements for pre-dentristry.
The amount of money can really vary, but they can make tons of money.
