i noticed that i have bad breath and when i went to see my dentist after examinations he tells me am okey but says that bad scent can come from any part of the body like the head and the stomach. what should i do, its very embarrasing

Your headache could be a symptom of a mouth or tooth problem even a yeast infection too much sugars in your diet . could be diabetes too go to your regular doctor and share your concerns let him run some blood test and help you. Good luck
