Zoom! tooth whitening?!
Question: Has anyone tried this? I am thinking about doing it and my dentist offers it.. Were you satisfied with the results? Is it painful? Do you only go for one session? Or do you have to go more than that? Any info would be helpful. Thanks!

Luckily I have a good friend who is a cosmetic denist so she lets me get free "Zooms" when ever I wish. I take her up on it because they are free.
The good: It does get your teeth a good bit whiter in a short amount of time.
The Bad: Mouth weakness during from keeping the mouth opener thingy in for so long. Tooth and gum will be sensitive afterwards. Also no drinking dark beverages (coffee, red wine) or smoking (eww!) for a few days.
The Bottom Line: I get it because I get it for free. If I were going to pay for it I would honestly buy a box of crest white strips. Cheaper, effective just takes longer.

I'm pretty sure it's done in one session. Be sure to find a dentist who has done a lot of this. My friend ended up with sores all over her mouth because the light bounced around and burned her.
