Gum recession brushing?!

Question: im really struggling with the circular motion at a 45 degree angle thingy to brush my teeth, but i need to do this to make my recession not get worse. wat do u reccomend i should do? shall i just get a electric toothbrush that does circular motion?

also when doing the brushing technique, do u need to brush up to the line of the gum or brush the gum too?

1. Soft or extra soft toothbrush only.
2. If you have a habit of brushing to hard, get a Sonicare toothbrush. All you have to do is hold it there a let it do its job with no pressure application on the brush. Also, it will brush 10 times better than any regular toothbrush and still better than other electric ones.
3. You are making the brushing technique too complicated. Just point the bristles of your toothbrush toward where the gumline and tooth meet. And, from that spot, do gentle circles. This will mean you brush up around the gums and down across the tooth. However, a Sonicare is better and easier.
