They will more than likely place a cap or crown over the top top of the tooth. If it didn't break off too far down then it can be repaired. They will epoxy it on top of the broken tooth after preparing it with etching chemicals.
It kinda depends on how much of the tooth structure is gone. If just a small piece of it came off its possible they can just put a filling in its place. If its a big piece missing it might need a crown and root canal or might need to be extracted. But once the dr sees it and takes an xray it will be better for him/her to determine the type of treatment you need.
