I NEED to see an orthodontist to fix ONE tooth that is way behind the rest- will NOT get braces. what do I do?

Well basically I will do ANYTHING to fix this one tooth- its ruining my life but im 22 years old- theres no way i can get braces now! im just starting out in the realworld and need people to take me serious. there must be other options
