Has hydrogen peroxide helped anyones gums or teeth?!
Question: My mom told me that it helps if you rinse once a month or so with hydrogen peroxide and in a very small amount. I asked the hygienist and she said that it was ok to do that but not in huge amounts.
But besides my mom, has hydrogen peroxide helped anyone? How often do you use it and in what amount?

Love your name. Yes, it does. Try to use a little baking soda along with hydrogen peroxide and make a little paste.
Becareful though rumor has it, it may make your teeth sensitive, but I do it ever day and I am fine.
Plus you whiten your teeth at the same time. Rinsing with Hydrogen peroxide does help with sore throats.
Good Luck
Yes, we recommend this for all people. Swish with hydrogen peroxide before bed, spit, do not rinse/eat/drink, just go to bed. You don't have to dillute if you only use 1 time a day. It works better than other mouthwashes over the counter and is much cheaper, just doesn't taste as good. Peroxide is the main ingredient in many OTC mouthwashes and in whitening rinses. It bubbles very well so helps very well with gum problems.
Hydrogen peroxide is probably the most common and popular natural lightening agent. More remedies and information regarding your teeth at http://useinfo-dentalcare.blogspot.com/
