What remedies can I use to make hands softer and my teeth whiter?
My hands are very rough its like I have been doing construction or something I drive alot so I dont know if that is what causes the calluses. I just want softer hands that a female should have!!
My teeth are very yellow they are not crooked and I dont have cavities so why are they so yellow I dont drink coffee and I dont smoke so why are they so yellow and what is the best method to use to restore them to pearly white status

My sister and friends always touch the top of my hands and say how soft they are. I use St. Ives vitamin E at night. It gives you 200% the moisture. It is greasier so I use this only at night. A great way is to wear special gloves while sleeping. You can find them at the drugstore. Just rub in slightly more moisturizer and wear the gloves. You can also do this for feet w/socks. Keep a few bottles around. Hydrate immediately after washing hands or right after the shower. Water can be really drying.
For whiter teeth, I use Crest whitestrips. In the classic or renewal box. The premiums they have do not work for me. I drink coffee and a former smoker. I have been using these for over 3 years and even my dentist said she is impressed. Or you can always get a professional whitening from your dentist. Good luck! =)
