Rubberbands on braces; how long everyday should i wear them?!
Question: uhhh, i hate the rubberbands.
but the lady said they're my 'golden ticket'
to getting outta braces.
So, i'll wear them every night. 10pm-730am
and i have one rubberband that runs
across my whole teeth.
And another on my right side.
How long [while i'm awake] everyday should
i wear the rubberbands, for it to be enough
to get me outta these braces?

you can wear them nightly or 24hours, depends on what your dr told you, dont wear them longer than prescribed.
