They can cause very bad problems if their not erupting correctly. Have your dentist look at & X-ray them. They may refer you to a oral surgeon that will probably suggest removing them if their giving you to much problems. The surgeon will put you in a twi-light sleep that last about 15 minutes and they take them out. You wake up a little groggy and ready to have someone drive you home and in a couple of days your good as new.
