70% of bad breath comes from your tongue. Get you a tongue scraper from the tooth brush aile. You can just brush it with your toothbrush from back to front. Use Listerine or if you dint like the burn then use Crest Pro Health mouth rinse. Flossing will help because leaving meat between your teeth for days is like leaving meat sitting out side in the warm sun. It is going to rot and smell! If you are having trouble flossing due to technique then try a floss holder. If the trouble is due to the bleeding and ache of your teeth afterwards I would say push through it for a week and your gums will toughen up. The bleeding is because your gums are infected. The aching is because you are stimulating your gums and they are not use to it. The way I describe it to my patients is it is like working out your leg or arms in the gym, the soreness will go away and the muscle will be healthier. So look at flossing as a workout for your gums. I hope this helps!

ummmm...........EAT A TIC TAC!...........lol.............
or a mint or somethin

You can start brushing your tongue that is where bad breat comes from. If you think you have bad breath suck on some peppermint candy, or minty gum.

?BABY?

I guess just a lot of breath mints and just carry yourself with class and you'll be fine.

Why cant you floss? You need to floss.

What causes the smell is the build up of bacteria on left over food in your mouth. You need to remove as much plaque and food as possible.

Try flossing. Electric toothbrushes are better as getting into the little spaces we usually miss. Brush your tongue as well as that often is the culprit.

You should go to your dentist if you think you have any oral infections or cavities as these can be a source of bad breath.

You can also use chewing gum or eucalyptus to cover the smell but this wont address the cause.

Smints are a powerful breath altering mint designed for strong protection from bad breath.

u may have cavities.
u may need to floss, and brush your tongue as well.

if this doesn't work, u will need to see dentist for treatment, not just a cover up

if you are smoking it is best that you quit the habit as well as avoid eating onions and excessive fatty foods..

might as well try cleaning your tongue thoroughly coz tongue may contain bacteria that may cause bad breath

Chew on parshey and call your dentist

Ok..I won't suggest you see a dentist, at least not in the next few lines. Here's a possibility for you to consider. If, as you say, you brush regularly and use a mouthwash and you still have bad breath issues, then we must assume that it's not a poor oral hygiene practice that isn't working. Given that we have three other possibilities..(1) You may have a sinus infection that drains into your throat and produces a very unpleasant oral odor, if that's a possibility you need to see an "ENT" (Ear, Nose and Throat) doctor to confirm whether or not that is the case. If it is the Dr will provide with antibiotics to deal with the issue. (2) Bad oral odors can be caused by a digestive problem and to get that ruled on one way or the other would require you seeing an "Internist" doctor. (3) Here comes the one you didn't want to talk about.."Dentist"..The fact is you could have a bad tooth infection or an infection of the gums and either one could be going on without causing you pain and who would be best suited to make that determination? Yep, you got it, that ole dreaded dentist. You know, regardless of where the bad oral odor is coming from, you shouldn't ignore it and take a position it's just something you can't do anything about. You need to find out where it's originating from and deal with it...it could be a symptom of a serious health issue you need to know about and deal with. Good luck and I wish you well.

bad breath is caused by bacteria and plaque that build up on your teeth, if you DO NOT go to the dentist for a cleaning every 6 months, chances are, you are going to have bad breath, but they do sell the products in stores to scrape the plaque off of teeth and to polish teeth with (the same thing a dentist would do at a cleaning), they also sell this tongue cleaner which is just a little plastic thing you use to scrape your tongue with. if there is a reason you can't floss , then you need to find something that you can use to get the food out from between your teeth and at the gum line, if you CAN floss but don't like to use it, they sell this thing by Reach its like a tooth brush but you put a floss head on the end, it makes flossing so much easier, food gets built up at the gum line, and no amount of brushing is going to get rid of that.

I'd try brushing after every meal and you need to brush your tongue! and I'd say a lot of people wake up with bad breath in the morning regardless if they brushed the night before

Gargle a cup of lukewarm water mixed with salt or half a lemon juice. This is best done before going to bed. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. More useful remedies at http://useinfo5.blogspot.com/

There are certain factors that may cause bad breath. The food particles that are left in your mouth is one factor and that bacteria build up starts here. And if you are experiencing any infection in your mouth or throat you will probably have bad breath and mostly this is the reason that people are experiencing bad breath but unless the infection is treated there is no permanent remedy with halitosis possible. The reduced production of saliva is another common cause of bad breath because the mouth is unable to remove the bacteria and some food particles present.

By maintaining proper dental hygiene this will prevent you from having bad breath, proper dental hygiene means brushing and flossing your teeth regularly this will prevent bacteria build up that causes bads breath. An aid from oral health care products will help a lot too, but make sure that these products are safe and effective. I suggest to natural- base ingredient products.

And avoiding foods or beverages that triggers bad breath like onions, garlics and coffee may help a lot. Using dental treatment products will also prevent halitosis from occurring. But if you are suffering from chronic halitosis or bad breath it is better to see your dentist for proper prescription.
