I have a major cold sore in my mouth what to do for it?!

Question: In your mouth??? or on your lip,,,I doubt you got a cold sore in your mouth if the inside of your mouth is sore you probably got an ulcer,,,if so, gargle and wash your mouth out with salt and warm water,,,just swish it around ,,,then spit it out,,,,if it is a cold sore then get some Zovirax,to put on it or cover it with a Compeed patch,,,
