I'm growing 3 additional 1st molars.

You are more than likely cutting your wisdom teeth.

It is normal that adults cut them, but rare that they come in straight with out having to be removed. As long as they don't feel like someone is beating you in the face with a hammer or your other teeth do not start bunching, you will be fine.
