Ew yuck, if you'd seen the contents of your hot water tank, you wouldn't do it (thats presuming you havent got a combi boiler)
I used to be a gas fitter and the majority of water tanks in your loft have dead birds and mice in them. The water isnt filtered from this tank and will be going straight on your brush
You'll also soften the bristles on your toothbrush and therefore wont be cleaning your teeth as well as you could
