is it safe to gargle "a solution of hydrogen peroxide" as long as i dont swallow it...??? plz answer!

It is completely safe, but you should mix it with some water, if that's the "solution" your'e reffering to.
Personally, I hate the after taste, but my mom actually uses it as a mouthwash instead of listerine, and she says it keeps bad breath away and has begun to whiten her teeth.
So give it a try, and if it's not for you try colgate whitestrips, they're not half bad =]
