The area behind those back molars are where the wisdom teeth erupt. If you are age appropriate (roughly 17 - 22 years old) that may be the cause. The gum tissue and bone underneath it will ache and be irritated during wisdom tooth eruption. But...

you are describing "unbearable pain" which is not usually associated with wisdom teeth eruption. It is possible you have an impacted wisdom tooth that has developed an infection in the bone or it could be something completely unrelated to dental. If it is an infected tooth the pain will only continue to increase in intensity

I am with the person who posted above. You cannot hope to get a diagnosis on the internet. You need to seek clinical help.

Go to a dentist and get it checked immediately.

PS. I just read your update. It sounds even more likely that you have an infection in that area. Again, go to a dentist. If it is too late to get into a dentist, go to a medical doctor. Either of them can start you on a course of antibiotic to decrease the infection which in turn will decrease the pain.

Good luck!

could be wisdoms coming through - kind of what babies get when teething - no wonder they cry! BUT - go to a dentist asap and get checked. Panadol for pain now and if you have to wait see a Pharmacist . Least no waiting time and they train years so will have good advice for you.

It sounds like erupting molars. You can rub some brandy or strong liquor on it every few hours for a few days until they come through.

GO TO A DENTIST!

Sorry, just saying :) Don't mean to offend
