So I'm getting my braces taken off on Monday!?!

I think that I might have white spots because my teeth used to be really white before and after a while after wearing braces they turned yellower. If I have them what should I do?

They'll feel really smooth when they come off. Get them cleaned and whitened.
I just got mine off today!!!!!!!!!!
It did hurt a lot but after wards they clean them up and thy look increadible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
You can get an appointment with your family dentist (one that cleans your teeth) and have your teeth cleaned. It may be a little while before he/she can have you in. so be sure to brush really well. When you do get in to see you dentist you can talk to him/her about whitening options then
have them cleaned professinally. youll miss them. i sure did.
It feels kinda good to have your braces off...your mouth feels so much better! It didn't hurt when I had mine taken off. You shouldn't have white spots, but if you do ask your orthodontist about getting them cleaned and bleached.
You can;t do anyhting about it...you should have brushed well before, listen to your orthodontist and actually take care of your teeth
