What happens if you break your orthodontist contract?!

Question:

What happens if you break your orthodontist contract?

I think I've signed a contract stating that I need to come for the period of treatment including the fee to take off my braces which is 850 by the end of the treatment, what happens if I stop coming?, will anyone come to my house and arrest me?

Addition to this question, when I signed a contract am I supposed to get a paper regarding that contract also?, because I didn't get anything from him, also, I dont know if its a contract or not, because the doctor told me to sign the contract when he was changing my brace's rubber, I cant really see what it is, other than it says monthly fee is 150 and taking off the bracer is 850, blablabla and a space for signing. If this is a contract shouldn't I also get a paper?

Answers:

You can be sued by the orthodontist for not fulfilling your end of the contract. If you lose the lawsuit (and you will) and you *still* don't pay, your wages could be garnished. Arrest is unlikely, but possible.
