How can I keep my mouth closed while sleeping?
A few months ago I went to a dentist and found out I grind my teeth while sleeping, so I was assigned a night guard. I have to wear it to sleep every night, but it doesn't allow me to close my mouth fully (unless I make a conscious effort). Now I wake up every morning with a sore throat from not being able to close my mouth. I've tried clamping my hand against my mouth and throwing the covers over it, but it doesn't work. Anyone else know any tricks? Thanks!

You can't because you're sleeping. You have no control over it unless you request somebody awake to close it for you.
