Will I be able to eat solids 2 days after i get Braces?
I have not yet got braces yet, BUT i will be getting them soon and 3 days after I get my braces, I plan to go to my friend's house for a sleep over. He is asking me if i will be able to eat solids when i'm at his place ( 3 days after i get my braces ). Will i be able to eat Solids 3 days after i get my braces?? If not, please supply me with information on what i can eat, websites regarding this questiong etc. THANKS heaps!!! :D

It depends on how your orthodontist puts on your braces. Me and my friends teeth (we have the same orthodontist) hurt for almost 2 weeks after we had braces put on. But some other friends used a different orthodontist, and their teeth only hurt for a few days. You could ask your orthodontist how long the pain would last. I ate baby food, porridge, soups, jelly and stuff! So i got hungry pretty easily during those two weeks cause that kind of food doesn't fill you up much.
