Teet impaction doubt?!

Question: Hi friends
I have 2 impacted teeth on my left lowerside of the jaw and one on the right.Due to poverty I couldn"t do the surgery yet.BUt I have developed a "hole" in that impacted area where food is collecting daily and I am getting some bad smell from there and some white stuff settled there.
Will this be a serious problem if left unnoticed??
Also the impacted 2 teeth has created a hole in the first molar as well, which is not impacted. If I lose all the 3 on one side what treatment is available??

The only advice that makes the most sense is to see a dentist for an exam. Whatever you do have going on isn't going to get better on it's own. Over time the issue will just cost more to fix and affect more teeth.

Think about it this way - if your first molar has a cavity it can cost 200$ to fix. If you let it go you might be out $1500 for a crown.

Really - find some money and see a dentist.
