I had a tooth extracted today at about 8am?!

Question: its now almost 8pm, and everything has been fine, of course theres been a bit of pain, but thats to be expected, minimal bleeding, nothing out of the ordinary. About 30 mintues ago, i almost fainted and threw up just out of the blue, i was feeling fine, then that happened (thank god i didnt knock the blood clot out!) - are the two related? Or would this fainting spell be due to something else? Ive taken pain killers, had some early this morning, then some at about 4pm, ive had them all before so that cant be why, especially because i took them so long ago.

It's hard to say exactly what made your stomach revolt. It could ben simply you had a belly full of nothing but spit and blood, with a pain pill on top and your stomach had enough. I would almost imagine you have had nothing to eat, to speak of- and that can do woggy things to the system as well. You probably should see about getting something into yourself, something with some sugar and a few nutrients at least. Since you seem to be doing well, a nice defatted veggie/meat broth ought to be the ticket, with a side of crackers to soak up anything. Unless something else happens, at this point it's likely nothing major to concern yourself about. Just get a bit of something in the system.

oooooooooh i cant believe that your being so cool about this i hate the dentist not sure about the other stuff i would ring a doctor just to be safe good luck

If you swallowed blood this could be the cause and on top of that the pain killers most likely with no food could be the cause.

I guess you would be OK by now, no longer 2:30.
