Maybe youtube. I myself have braces.
You relax your jaw muscles and they place a plastic mouth opener which allows them to reach every tooth.
They clean your teeth with an alcohol like substance and then they place a green sour tasting liquid on your teeth. You let it sit for a minute and they clean again.
Then thy measure the brackets and glue them on your teeth. The actual application of braces does not hurt.
But wow the pain after that is pretty bad. maybe about 5-10 days
