Yes, that would definitely concern me. Try switching toothpastes, or brush your teeth more often. Gum or breath mints would also be helpful.

That happened to me before I was very constipated. Are you burping a lot? Take something like andrews liversalts and you should be ok eventually, if it doesnt clear up by tomorrow, go to the doctor.
Most probably never thought of it this way; but the orifice that the food enters and the orifice it is excreted from are the opposite ends of the same tube. If regurgitation of stomach contents happen frequently and a lot of burping takes place along with poor oral hygiene, your breath will smell like poop. Now, that you know the causes, you should be smart enough to find a remedy.
