Whats a good remedy for a toothache, until I can see a dentist? Its got an open nerve.?

Depends on your age...... if your old enough to endulge in alcohol, the best thing I found when I had an open nerve was whiskey.... warm whiskey swished around my mouth and it numbed the pain until I could get to see the dentist.... NO, I didn't drink the whiskey... or I might never have made the appointment, lol
