It doesn't in AR and to my knowledge nowhere over 21 UNLESS it's life threatening. I would call a dental school and ask for help or find a free health clinic..sometimes they will do them. I have tried Ameri plans and I didn't save enough on my dental work to cover the cost of the plan.. Be careful
