Is it safe to rinse your mouth with peroxide every morning?
That really whitens the teeth, but I'm concerned whether it is safe or not.

It will whiten your teeth, but that whitening usually comes at the expense of your enamel. The peroxide eats away at the enamel and ultimately will leave your teeth weaker than before. White teeth are not necessarily healthy teeth. It also kills most of the bacteria in your mouth which leaves you open to infections from other, more dangerous bacteria.
