Get a cold damp towel, even with ice in it is fine, and have her bite into the towel for about 10 minutes. This should stop the bleeding. She may need to do this off an on for about the next 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes are up try to drink cold drinks such as ice tea, juice or water. The cold will help reduce the bleeding.

By her being your little sister, I am going to assume that she pulled a baby tooth. If so, there is no need to get hysterical or rush to the ER, she will be fine with a damp towel and cold drinks.

Go see a dentist. Thats all I know to do. I hope she's ok!

you should wait and see if her gum is bad and if it is hurting tell her to chew on ice and numb it and it will b ok and if its not doing well take her to the dentist

rinse with luke warm water&salt,it will kill any bacteria.then go see a dentist

Why are you asking people here a SERIOUS QUESTION
like this.

You should IMMEDIATELY take your sister to a
dentist IMMEDIATELY.

Or to the nearest emergency medical clinic, etc.
NO IF, ANDS or BUTs....

DO IT NOW!!!!!

If this was a permanent molar, put the molar in a glass of milk. Have her bite down on a piece of gauze for the bleeding. If you don't have gauze, use a moist paper towel folded into a square. Call the dentist office right now even if it is after hours. Most dentists have an on call doctor that can see you. The office should list the after hours number to the dentist on call.
If it is not a permanent molar, follow the same directions with the gauze. Have her gently bite down until bleeding stops. Call the dentist if you see severe swelling, bleeding that does not stop, or severe pain.
