Wisdom Teeth Removal ...?
Auuugh ... well, I've delayed it and put it off because I hate dentists, surgery, and needles scare the crap out of me ...
But I'm in pain. And it'll probably get worse.
So ... anyone want to tell me how much it hurts to get your wisdom teeth removed (all of them)? Like, what do they do? How long does the pain last?
Any information would be useful, thanks ...

Don't worry sweetie. I am the most worrysome person you could ever meet, if I could do it, you can do it :) I hate needles, I hate shots, I hate surgeries... ALL THAT STUFF TOO! BUT... getting my wisdom teeth out was a breeze... I went into the dentists office, they put me in the chair and gave me an iv in my arm... the needle prick was NOT any worse than a shot, since it goes into the vein and not the muscle like a shot... once the iv was in, I sat in the chair for about 1-2 minutes before I couldn't open my eyes anymore... the next thing I remember I was being woken up by the surgeon, he said everything went well and I was ready to leave.
My dad picked me up, I had huge cotton rolls in the back of my mouth (where my wisdom teeth used to be) I had to change them once every couple hours for a day.. until the bleeding stopped.... (since it is a huge crater that is left over) but it really was not that bad... it takes about 3-4 days to be fully recovered.... you will save yourself a lot of unneccesary pain by getting it done.... not to mention you get AWESOME pain killers prescribed to you... you won't feel a THING for 1-2 days afterwards :) You'll just be in drugged out heaven... hahaha
And don't worry, they are professionals working on you... they probably pull out 15 people's wisdom teeth PER DAY! Its a routine surgery for them...
