Baking soda and whitening teeth..??!

Question: how many times per day should you brush with baking soda and peroxide?

Answers: how many times per day should you brush with baking soda and peroxide?

It really isn't wise to brush with baking soda and peroxide. It's mildly abrasive and can irritate the gum tissue with repeated use. Also it won't whiten your teeth. It will aid in removing stains but if your goal is to make them whiter then your natural tooth color it won't do it. Try a whitening toothpaste or Crest strips.

You should do it every other day at the most. Once a week is all that most people need. Doing it daily can weaken the enamel on your teeth. You could gargle with the peroxide daily however.

Twice. a.m & p.m.
The guy I knew who had the whitest teeth I ever saw did that.
