You likely just need to get a cleaning done at your dental office. Plaque adheres to a rough surface far more easily than to a smooth surface. Over time, even with regular brushing, your tooth surface will accumulate tiny bits of plaque and calculus that make it easy to for plaque to build up during the day. So you brush in the morning and by noon your teeth will feel fuzzy again. When you have a professional cleaning done we remove all that plaque and calculus build up leaving your tooth surface very smooth making it difficult for plaque to stick to the teeth. Regular cleanings make it much easier for you to maintain good home care, and it's particularly important if you are a smoker.

As for your displeasure with the color of your teeth... start by bleaching your teeth. No need to do veneers unless you are looking to change the shape of your teeth. Bleaching will improve the color at a far lesser cost.

Good luck!

you're probably worrying about it too much, dont think about it, your doing enough and your teeth will be clean.
See your dentist and ask what they think but i'm sure your fine. x

get a professoinal cleaning from your dentist
and maybe stop smoking
coz that cant help

I wonder if your dentist can paint on some sort of calcium enamel for you.
