Could be gingivitis

Do you eat well?

I suggest using a soft headed toothbrush, improving diet, and brushing less aggressively.

Switching toothpaste is unlikely to help but a mouthwash might.

It sounds like you have gingivitis look it up google.com!!!

No bleeding is not normal I would take a bet you have a gum disease same as my daughter has, eventually she will loose all her teeth eventually she is 45
You can try some of the mouth washes it may work, try a softer toothbrush it might help.
Maybe you are to rough when cleaning your teeth has your dentist ever mention it to you???
Lots of people loose there wisdom teeth as they wont fit in so get them taken out before they become a problem

you need to floss
it will stop if u floss everyday

It a sign that you are deficient in Vitamin C

Try eating some oranges, drinking orange juice etc

:)
