What are the reasons which lead cracks in teeth?!

A lot of people have minute vertical cracks in their enamel and as long as they are confined to enamel there is nothing for you to worry about, but if the cracks have penetrated to the underlying dentin you will feel a pain on biting and the prognosis for the tooth is poor and you need to extract the tooth. Neither calcium deficiency nor excessive brushing cause cracked teeth. Trauma and exposure to extreme heat and cold can cause cracks

It just may mean normal wear. The things we eat today are hard, take apples for instants meats are tuff and so on. If there not split don't worry. Just becarefull when you eat makes good sense anyway
