Question:

Can anyone answer my dental question?

I've been using spinbrush with Crest toothpaste, brushing my gums to toughen them, flossing my teeth, and two different dentists are still dissatisfied with my cleaning efforts. What else can I do to improve? This is driving me crazy.


Answers:

Try using a dental red tab after brushing and flossing to see how thoroughly you are brushing. There is also a blue rinse made for children that you swish with before you floss to show you where you need to concentrate.
