any dental whitening recipes that are homeade.. also, in school, if i want to brush my teeth and rinse my mouth and stuff without using the nasty tap water they have, what can i use and bring in with me? (i have braces.)

Please, do NOT whiten your teeth with braces!!! Whitening agents will not penetrate enough to get behind the brackets and it will be very noticeable when the braces are removed.
If you want your teeth to appear whiter with the braces on, try blue o-ties. Blue makes white appear whiter. Stay away from yellows and oranges....
How about rinsing with bottled water?
