Your best bet would just be to call around. Do you have Dental insurance? Some insurances cover partial costs but VERY few actually cover implants. Your best bet would be to see whom your Dentist recommends or go to the American Dental assoc. Website Ive listed below. That site can give you all basic information on each surgeon in order to make a more informed decision on your own.

Personally I would suggest a clinic, not just a surgeon. Fees tend to be smaller when that is their only service provided. (Or very limited services provided) More stock is kept on hand and is usually faster to get in..

Also Implants are expensive and if you need more than one, financing may be a good option. Capitol One has a superb dental finance program and I have worked with them a lot in the past.
