How to get these springs off your braces?
Its for an over bight but I cant eat. I need to get these off.
How do I do this?

Return to your orthodontist. If you have the traditional braces, removing the springs will make them useless. It is the springs that are gradually bringing your teeth back into alignment. If you are having problems with the springs, you may find it necessary to switch to a different form of braces...there are many. See your orthodontist.
